Teach Me TB is an e-learning platform that provides learners with access to online courses on various topics related to TB response. The platform is designed for a wide range of people who are interested in this topic, including people affected by TB, community and civil society activists, as well as specialists involved in TB response.
Advantages
Free online access
Using all the components of the platform is free of charge. In order to access the courses offered on the platform, registration is required.
Self-paced learning
Presently, all courses available on the Teach Me TB platform do not require interaction with teachers or facilitators in real-time. Users choose the course and manage the time commitment, the frequency of attendance and the use of additional materials.
Evaluating knowledge
The platform allows evaluating users’ progress using online tests (also referred to as quizzes). Depending on the conditions of each course, there may be both intermediate and final tests, or final tests only. Detailed information is available in the description of each course.
Certificates
Users, who comply with the requirements of the course they are taking, will be awarded a certificate of completion. Each course has its own requirements, which are provided in the course description. Certificates are shared by e-mail.
